By downloading, installing, or using the CPPIDE Android application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. App License & Usage
Apptivize grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use CPPIDE on compatible Android devices for mobile software development, educational, personal, or commercial coding purposes.
2. Local Execution & User Responsibility
CPPIDE enables users to write, compile, and execute C/C++ source code, Makefile scripts, and terminal commands locally on their devices.
- You are responsible for the source code and commands you write or run using CPPIDE.
- Apptivize is not liable for device issues, crash loops, memory exhaustion, or data corruption resulting from user-written code.
- You may not use CPPIDE to create or execute unauthorized malicious software.
3. Code Ownership
Apptivize claims no ownership rights over any source code, projects, or binaries created, edited, or compiled by you using CPPIDE.
4. Open Source Components
CPPIDE incorporates open-source components including CodeMirror 6, Termux Linux environment libraries, LLVM/Clang, GDB, CMake, Ninja, GNU Make, and JGit under their respective open-source licenses.
5. Application Pricing & Modifications
CPPIDE is currently provided as a free application. Apptivize reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify pricing, change features from free to paid, or introduce premium subscriptions at any time, with or without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
CPPIDE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. APPTIVIZE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT APPLICATION OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPTIVIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
